Phillips Academy, Addison Gallery of American Art, 2011

Since 2011 Mead's work has been held in the permanent collection of the Addison Gallery of American Art, Massachusetts, USA. Numerous works from the series 'Looking Back', along with other selected works were chosen and have subsequently been on exhibition at Phillips Academy.

The Addison Gallery of American Art has one of the most important collections of American art in the county. Comprising of over 20,000 works from the eighteenth century to the present, in a variety of mediums, including photography, drawings, paintings, prints and decorative arts.

The Addison's collection currently has nearly 8,700 photographs, and holds works by artists including Robert Frank, Eadweard Muybridge, Lorna Simpson and Walker Evans.
